Steamed mussles with cider curry powder & cream

Ingredients

  • Mussels (500g per portion)
  • Medium curry powder (small tsp)
  • 50ml of cider
  • Fresh bread for serving

Method

Make sure the mussels been cleaned and beards removed.
Place in a pan with the curry powder and cider. Place on heat and cook for 2 mins then add the cream and cook until mussels are completely open. Serve in a bowl with some lovely fresh bread.
