Crab Pitta Pockets
A delicious healthy eating lunch option with a fusion of summer flavours. Can even be utilised as a 'food on the go' alternative too.
15 minutes Easy
- Fresh White Crab Meat
- Crab Flavour Flakes
- Sweetcorn Kernals
- Lemon and Dill Dressing
- Small Pitta Breads
Dice and seed the cucumber. Place into a bowl, with the drained sweetcorn, white crab meat, crab flavour flakes and mix in the lemon and dill dressing (as much or as little as you like).
Warm the pitta breads and carefully split to make to make a pocket.
Fill the pockets, season as required and serve.
